The courses at Laurus College are designed to best assist the student in meeting employment goals, while proving a progressively challenging atmosphere for the student. The integration between the classes gives the student the opportunity to learn new material while using projects created in previous classes. Students are provided with a wide variety of instruction each day using lecture techniques, computer based training modules, practice testing with live examinations, and hands-on laboratory exercises. All of the Office Certificate programs utilize Microsoft approved courseware, the A+ Enhanced and Network+ Programs utilize CompTIA approved courseware, the 3D Animation Certificate Program teaches students using industry standard software, the Web Design Program trains students in several web development software programs, and the Medical Billing Certificate Program utilizes courseware designed around AACP guidelines. Through Laurus College students gain the knowledge and skills to be competitive in some of today's fastest growing employment fields.
